Zandra Gilley, Leon and Gadsden County Area Director

Zandra provides accountability for policy, procedures and practices of Clubs in Leon and Gadsden County and oversees the Club directors, staff and volunteers in those areas. Zandra also manages the implementation of various educational programs throughout all of the Big Bend Clubs. Before joining the organization, Zandra was a special education teacher for Jefferson County Schools. She also served as a social worker, day treatment coordinator and behavior specialist with several mental health agencies in the Big Bend region. Zandra has served in various leadership roles on the local and state level and is an active member of several educational and professional associations. She is a cum laude graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University where she earned a bachelor's and master’s degree in social work.
